Samuel is a California native who now lives in Phoenix with his wife and children. He is a cradle-Catholic son of Mexican immigrants. Samuel is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Theology at the Catholic University of America, writing his dissertation on Pope Benedict XVI’s theology of saints. Throughout history, pilgrimage has been a privileged moment of encounter with God and with the saints. Samuel is excited to help facilitate journeys of faith that will bring people closer to God and allow them to experience the breadth and beauty of the universal church.
