Travis Berthiaume

I spent most of my youth and childhood in a small town in Indiana, doing farm work and singing music in the Church since I was a very young boy. In 1998 at the age of 16, my mom and sister and I moved to Phoenix, where my older sister already lived with her husband and two young boys.

I immediately began working while finishing high school and working in my youth group in leadership. I was now singing often and felt called to some sort of Church ministry but also played basketball and was not sure where I would go after high school. I visited and applied to what at the time was called The Masters College in Santa Clarita CA, now called The Masters University.

I studied Music Applied Voice and Youth Ministry from 2000-2005, and was privileged to tour with performing groups to places like Carnegie Hall all the way to performing for the Minister of Tourism in Israel. While attending the Master College I was the tenor section leader in the Masters College Choral for 3 years and the Chaplain of that same group for two years, and was privileged to be a leader with that team on two separate tours to Israel.

After college I have worked in numerous sales roles as well as ministry roles in churches as paid staff and volunteer, as well as vocalist on worship teams, leading and directing choirs, and helping lead Church groups to the Holy Land, Romania, and Spain.

I am excited to bring all my experience and passion to the Faith Journeys team and to expand my knowledge in the world of Travel, and more specifically, helping other Churches and congregations have the same life changing experiences I have been privileged to be a part of.
