Being my first time on pilgrimage made me feel uncertain, and seeing the schedule and accommodations Faith Journeys provided made me feel at peace. It was an incredible experience, full of the Holy Spirit! We enjoyed the huge gatherings and the Fiat Festival because we got to meet many young people and take tons of pictures. We felt at peace and unity during the Vigil of the Mass when we experienced Adoration and the Rosary under the stars in the middle of over 700,000 people who were praying the same prayers as us. The drivers and tour guides were awesome and accommodating!

My highlights were Saragossa, Madrid, Salamanca, and Lisbon. The architecture and history are amazing! Also the chapel where we had Mass in Carcassonne was just delightful! Oh, and also La Sagrada Familia in Barcelona! All of our local guides were also excellent!!!! You find the best people! They make the place come alive!

My personal highlights were the papal audience, everything in Assisi, wine tasting, meeting up with our seminarians studying in Rome, and Monte Cassino Abbey. I really enjoyed learning more about our saints and praying at their tombs. I loved seeing the major Basilicas in person!

This trip to the Holy Land and Jordan was a once in a lifetime event. It was very emotional and spiritually moving to be in the land where our Lord lived, died and rose for the sins of each person in the world. In Jordan, we actually followed part of the exodus of Moses. Since returning, every time I hear or read the Scriptures my mind is filled with actual images of real places. I simply cannot look at the Bible in the same way ever again. It was the trip of a lifetime that we will never forget and will be able to look back on for the rest of our lives. It was well worth the cost which my people thought was very reasonable and affordable.

What a joy our Faith Journeys Tour to the Holy Land these past 12 days has been!
